Mein Kampf

Was buying gum from the Marina Crescent bookshop when I noticed they had Mein Kampf and The Davinci Code in Arabic. I found that weird, a few months ago The Davinci Code was banned in Kuwait and now its available in Arabic. Notice thought the Arabic cover is cheaper then the original one, they couldn't even get the color right.

The Arabic version has a couple of different things, for example, Langton, in the Arabic version is actually “Dawood 7sain” and the French detective is actually “Intisar il-Sharaa7”. the detectives granddad is played by “Ibraheem il-Salaal”. oh ya, the albino guy, he’s played by “tariq il-Ali”.
Over all, not bad.

If Kuwait starts paying for copyright priviliges we'll never get our 1000KD-for-being-alive money from the govt.

wow... amazing... Da Vinci Code in Arabic is more interesting to you guys than finding Mein Kampf in a public bookstore!!! That's something you would simply NEVER find in another part of the world, the manifesto of the largest mass murderer on sale in Kuwait, in the open...

I also heard that this book is banned but the funny thing is that they only banned the Arabic version while you can get the Egnlish version anywhere !
